European Aquatics has confirmed that Belgrade, Serbia, will be the host city for the 2026 Men’s European Water Polo Championships, marking a return to the two-city format. The men’s tournament is set to take place from January 10 to 25, while the women’s event—also featuring 16 teams—will be held in a different location, with the host city to be announced soon. This format follows the successful model of the 2024 edition, where Spain claimed the men’s title in Croatia, while the Netherlands secured gold on home soil in Eindhoven.
